Our Local Area

Santa Ysabel is a cute village at the crossroads of Highways 78 and 79 just outside the famous mountain town of Julian. It is a community of specialty shops including Southwestern treasures, a nursery, art galleries, fruit stands and antique shops.

The Santa Ysabel Indian Mission, on Highway 79, has
beautiful murals in the Chapel, a gift shop and an
interesting display on local history.

Lake Henshaw Resort is nearby and it is not far to Anza Borrego State Park, Warner Springs, Ramona and Lake Cuyamaca.
